Let it snow!

On the 6th of December we woke up to a LOT of snow! The kids were so excited. We had church that day, and it was a busy afternoon, so we promised the kids they’d be able to go out and play in it the next day.

Will was beyond excited to make snow angles, and snow balls. Kate was just excited to go out and play with Will, but really probably didn’t know much about snow and what it entailed. J Spencer was so excited to get all dressed up in his snow gear and head out side. Luckily for all of us, Dale was working for home that afternoon, and Jack was sleeping, so he just kind of watched Jack so I could be outside with the kids.

We were able to find some friends to come play in the snow with us. Friends almost always make playing more fun. Eventually Kate’s hands started to get so cold. This was mostly due to the fact that she kept taking her mittens off and her hat off. Spencer loved it, but was kind of like the kid on A Christmas Story – ya know the one. J It was cute though. He just kind of stood in one spot and didn’t move until he was on the sidewalk where he could move some.

All ready to go play!

Woah! So fun!!

Spencer was so cute. He was just like the kids from A Christmas Story. I had to pick him up and put him on the sidewalk so that he could walk, it was so funny.

Kate was having a grand time jumping around in the snow. So cute.

Willard had a blast throwing snow balls and making snow angels.
